Envious fans have always wondered how Hollywood muse Demi Moore has maintained her radiant and youthful looks.
Although she might look remarkable on the outside, Demi recently admitted she suffers with many insecurities about her body - despite being dubbed the queen of nude scenes.
At 61-years-old, Demi is reported to have undergone £250,000 worth of cosmetic surgery including breast implants, a nose job and plenty of anti-ageing procedures.
Over the years fans have speculated she has gone under the knife but in 2007 Demi denied any plastic surgery rumours.
Years later, speculation started to swirl again when she walked the Fendi runway show with a dramatic face change.
So how does she do it? MailOnline explores exactly how Demi keeps up her youthful appearance.
Teeth
Demi revealed her front teeth are fake after she lost them due to 'stress' in 2017.
The actress made the admission that her front two teeth fell out on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
She even shared a photo of her without dentures - although the snap only showed one missing.
Demi explained: 'I sheared off my front teeth. I'd love to say it was skateboarding or something really kind of cool.
'But I think I think it's something that's important to share because I think it's literally, probably after heart disease, one of the biggest killers in in America, which is stress.'
Demi explained: 'I sheared off my front teeth. I'd love to say it was skateboarding or something really kind of cool, but I think I think it's something that's important to share because I think it's literally, probably after heart disease, one of the biggest killers in in America, which is stress.
'So you lost your front tooth?' Jimmy asked, incredulous.
'Both, actually, but the picture's only minus one,' she replied.
'I literally knocked it out,' Demi said of how her teeth went missing. 'I knocked it out. It was almost like it fell out and my warranty was up.'
'Thank God for modern dentistry!' she raved.
Plastic surgery
Demi caused wide speculation when she appeared on the Fendi runway show in 2021.
As she graced the catwalk, Demi's cheeks looked full and plump with no sign of the eye-catching defined cheekbones she had sported on the runway, as well as the downturned lips with the bottom lip much more fuller.
The actress was almost unrecognizable as she joined a host of A-list models on the catwalk for designer Kim Jones' Fendi Spring Summer 2021 presentation in Paris.
She left many social media users questioning whether her transformation has come as the result of cosmetic enhancements, or 'terrible' makeup.
Within minutes of Demi's appearance on the couture catwalk, X had been flooded with questions from perplexed users about the Striptease star's new look.
Comments read: 'I wouldn't have thought that was Demi Moore without the headline,' one user wrote in reaction to a news story about the actress's surprise catwalk appearance. 'Is that all bad fillers? Or is there some horrible contouring happening there also?
'That face just doesn't look right but I can't figure out if it's all plastics or of the makeup artist was doing something odd.'
Another cheekily wrote: 'Demi NoMoore plastic surgery! That's a shame! I wish women would allow themselves to age gracefully.
'It's so much more attractive than when they start messing with their face.'
Lip flip, Botox, laser surgery and nose tweak
Plastic surgeon Dr Mark Solomos, of Channel 4's 10 Years Younger, told Hello! magazine that he believes she started getting surgery young and kept up her youthful appearance with minor interventions.
Praising her 'incredible bone structure', he suggests she may have had a lip lift, a youth-enhancing procedure that reduces the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip.
This also irons out some of the creases between the nose and the upper lip that appear as the face ages.
He also said it was possible she may have had a face and neck lift or laser resurfacing surgery — a popular anti-aging treatment that works by destroying the first layer of skin, which allows fresh, youthful skin cells to grow underneath.
Her youthful look could also be down to anti-wrinkle injections like Botox around her eyes, Dr Solomos said, which relaxes the muscles in the face to smooth out lines and wrinkles.
He suggests she may have also had an eyelid lift, which is a cosmetic surgical procedure that removes excess skin, fat, and muscle from the eyelids to change the shape and get rid of any droopiness.
Dr Solomos suggests the actor has 'overdone' her cheeks. He says they look a 'bit too big' for her proportions, with either fillers or fat transfer used to give the plumper look.
Demi shares her body insecurities
She's done multiple nude scenes throughout her career, even posing on the front of Vanity Fair completely naked.
Demi revealed the 'biggest misconception' of her is that she 'loves her body' and says that she took certain roles to help her overcome insecurities.
Since launching into the limelight in the Eighties, Demi hasn't shied away from a full frontal nude scene - from playing a dancer in Striptease in 1996 to a 17th century Puritan in The Scarlet Letter in 1995.
She's posed for her fair share of nude magazine covers too.
Demi appeared on the cover of the January 1981 issue of the adult magazine Oui, taken from a photo session in which she had posed completely naked.
In August 1991, Moore appeared nude on the cover of Vanity Fair seven months pregnant with the second of her three daughters.
The following year, Moore again appeared nude on the cover of Vanity Fair, this time modeling under the title Demi's Birthday Suit.
Most recently, she posed nude on the cover of Harper's Bazaar in October 2019.
Speaking on her nude scenes in an interview with Variety on Tuesday she said: 'One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I loved my body.
'The reality is, so much of it was me calling in certain projects that would give me an opportunity to help me overcome insecurities about my body.
'It was the same with the Vanity Fair covers; it was not that I loved it — it was about trying to free myself from the space of enslavement that I had put myself in.'
