Michelle Keegan was left flustered after her Brassic co-star flashed his bare chest behind her live on TV during the National Television Awards on Wednesday evening.
The actress, 37, who was up for three awards during the ceremony, was left red faced after her co-star Ryan Sampson, 38, showed a nipple to camera while nominations were being read out.
Michelle was seen beaming for the camera as her name was called out at The O2 arena when Ryan, who plays Tommo in Brassic, flashed prompting the actress to turn around laughing at his cheeky antics.
Michelle had been nominated for the Drama Performance award for her work in record-breaking Netflix series Fool Me Once.
However, Toby Jones scooped the gong up for his role as Sir Alan Bates in Mr Bates vs the Post Office.
In Brassic, the actress stars as Erin Croft, a fiery woman who had a wild childhood and is the ex-girlfriend of Dylan (Damien Molony), as well as mother of Tyler (Jude Riordan).
Ryan's character, Tommo, is a free-spirited loner and the wildcard among the core group of characters.
The Netflix adaptation of Harlan Coben's mystery novel Fool Me Once also received a nod for New Drama but missed out again to Mr Bates vs The Post Office.
Michelle's series Brassic had also been nominated for Best Comedy but lost out to Mrs Brown's Boys.
Fool Me Once became one of Netflix's biggest ever hits with over 100million views - and kicked Michelle's drama career into gear.
The soap star has been nominated for four NTAs previously, three for Coronation Street and one for BBC's Our Girl.
Earlier in the evening, Michelle was supported by her husband Mark Wright as she made a glamorous arrival at the awards.
The former Coronation Street star put on a leggy display in a sexy black pinstriped mini dress as she and her spouse packed on the PDA ahead of the ceremony.
Michelle showed off her incredible figure in the plunging dress, which boasted a thigh-skimming skirt and flowing sleeves.
She accessorised her look with sheer tights and stiletto heels, with her raven tresses swept into a sleek updo.
Mark, 37, cut a dapper figure in a sharp black suit as he proudly supported his wife on the red carpet.
Following the ceremony, as many headed to after parties, Mark and Michelle decided to ditch the showbiz shenanigans for a taxi home.
The couple were soon tucked up in bed with their instant noodles and pet chihuahua Pip just hours after the awards finished.
Taking to Instagram to share a snap of them relaxing, the couple got ready to Netflix and chill before indulging in the peculiar snack of noodles, melted cheese and mayo.
Earlier in the night Ant and Dec joked in their winning speech how their lives had changed since becoming parents as they ditched the night's of glamorous parties for dirty nappies.
Despite bagging the award for Best Presenters for the 23rd year in a row, Dec hinted that the duo would not be hitting the town in celebrations due to their parental responsibilities.
Speaking about how their 'lives have changed' since parenthood Dec said: 'Our lives have changed so unbelievably, over the last six years since we got very small children.'
Hinting there would be no partying after the ceremony he joked: 'Now we're going back to dirty nappies and the school run.'
Dec shares daughter Isla, six, and son Jack, 13 months with his wife Ali Astall while back in April, Ant welcomed his first child with wife Anne-Marie, a son named Wilder.
