Channing Tatum looked disheveled as he was seen for the first time since calling off his engagement with Zoe Kravitz while she looked in good spirits.
The 44-year-old star of Magic Mike was dressed very casually while puffing on a cigarette on a solo outing in Gastonia, North Carolina on Wednesday which was just one day after reports of his shock split with the 35-year-old actress after three years of dating.
He did not exactly look red carpet ready as he sported a baggy Mr. Zog's Sex Wax T-Shirt after ending his engagement which lasted almost a year.
Channing teamed the comfy top with a pair of oversized basketball shorts, white crew socks, and black leather lace-up boots.
His hair was short as he sported a clean shaven face.
Channing seemed busy as he chatted away on his cell phone.
He took the call before hopping in a black SUV and continuing on with his day.
The veteran actor was not alone on the outing as he was joined by a mystery pal.
Meanwhile his ex Zoe cracked a relaxed smile as she stepped out for the first time since news broke of her shock split from Channing Tatum after three years of dating.
After the former couple reportedly called off their engagement last weekend amid reports they simply grew apart, the Big Little Lies star, 35, appeared in high spirits as she stepped out for a walk in New York City.
For her laid-back outing on Wednesday, the actress sported a navy coat, matching pants, a white tank top, dangly earrings and boots.
She appeared to be going for an incognito look as she hid her hair under a New York Yankees baseball cap and her dark brown eyes behind a pair of sunglasses.
Despite her fresh heartbreak, the daughter of musician Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet maintained a happy demeanor while getting some fresh air.
On Tuesday it was reported that the once power couple had ended their engagement after three years of dating, sources told People on Tuesday.
The couple had begun dating after Channing starred in Zoë's directorial debut, the thriller Blink Twice.
Representatives for both actors have not yet commented on the reported breakup.
The split was a particular shock for the couple, as they had not only gotten engaged, but Channing had been spotted with fresh ink of Zoë's initials on the back of his hand in September.
The former couple were last pictured together on Channing's Instagram page in a post from September 3, which showed Zoë apparently snoozing on her then-fiancé's shirtless chest as he snapped a selfie of the two.
In his caption, the Deadpool & Wolverine actor serenaded his love as he promoted her thriller Blink Twice.
'This little sweet. She So tired bro. Every time I wondered if she’d break…. She just kept going and going and going,' he gushed. 'Always on the dig for truth. She pour’d every single ounce of her into this film. I’m so proud to stand ten toes down for her, this film and everyone in it. forever. Knowing what it took to make it. No one will ever know.'
He concluded on a sweet note, adding, 'Thank you for finding me and seeing me. I got you forever. Me and you back to back against it all. I’ll never blink. Let’s go.'
The former A-list couple's last in-person sighting appears to have been earlier this month, on October 6, when they were seen on a date night at a production of the play Picture Day at Coffey Street Studio in Brooklyn's Red Hook neighborhood.
The two were there in support of her Blink Twice actor Levon Hawke, who was making his directorial debut with the show.
At the time, a source told People that the couple looked 'cozy and cute together' while hanging out with Levon and his sister, Stranger Things star Maya Hawke, before heading to a bar to party with the cast and crew.
'Channing and Zoë held hands and looked very comfortable together and settled into their relationship,' the source said. 'They were affectionate but no overboard PDA or anything. They were so cool and chill. They were blown away by how intellectual the play was.'
Although Zoë displayed her engagement ring at the production, it was a different story in recent weeks.
Last week, she reunited for a night out in New York City with her Big Little Lies costar Shailene Woodley, but her engagement ring appeared to be missing during the outing.
Zoë and Channing could be in for an awkward 2025, as Deadline reported earlier on Tuesday that they had both been added to the cast of the upcoming alien invasion comedy Alpha Gang.
Cate Blanchett had already been announced as a star and producer on the film, which is directed by the Zellner brothers, but Channing and Zoë are now rounding out the cast, along with Dave Bautista, Riley Keough, Steven Yeun and French star Léa Seydoux.
The comedy follows a group of invading aliens disguised as humans and dressed up to look like members of a 1950s-era biker gang, though their attempts to conquer the planet are threatened when they start to develop human emotions and consciences.
Earlier on Tuesday, Channing reposted the article to his Instagram Stories, though he made no allusion to reports of his breakup.
Prior to kicking off their relationship three years ago, Zoë was coming off a divorce from her first husband, the actor Karl Glusman, while Channing had only recently finalized his divorce from Jenna Dewan.
The former couple share an 11-year-old daughter, Everly.
Channing and Zoë first set off romance rumors in August of 2021, when he was seen riding around in NYC on a bike while she joined him on foot.
The rumors reached a fever pitch in September of that year, when the two were seen leaving the Met Gala in Manhattan together, though they did not walk the red carpet together earlier in the evening.
By Halloween, the two had gone official with their romance.
They opted for playful matching costumes inspired by Martin Scorsese's classic film Taxi Driver to cement their relationship status, with Channing dressed as Robert De Niro's character, while Zoë was a dead ringer for Jodie Foster's abused child prostitute.
