A former glamour model has revealed her neighbours have tutted at her eye-watering £2,000 Christmas display.
Carla Bellucci is well-known for being dubbed 'Britain's most hated woman'.
The moniker, which she isn't bothered about in the slightest, specifically rings true throughout her tiny village in Hertfordshire.
And it appears the 42-year-old's brash way of life has hit the tip of the iceberg; as there's been anger-fulled reactions from locals this past week over her lavish festive decorations.
'I anger everyone [on my street] 24/7 - especially at Christmas,' Carla said.
'No one can top my house, I'm the queen of the holiday seasons. It takes me a full day to put everything up and switched on.
'I love seeing the kids' faces when they walk past, it's priceless. All I want is to make people happy and I enjoy doing it all.
'The minute I stop enjoying it is when I'll stop; something my neighbours will be very happy about.
She branded her critics a 'bunch of Scrooges' that 'need to stop'.
She added: 'None of them would dare say anything to my face, even though I'm harmless, they're just a bunch of freaks.
'They're not big fans of any of my holiday displays; they always think it's ridiculous and so over-the-top.
'I've seen them over the past few days walking past my house, staring, tutting and rolling their eyes - it's clear they're not very happy about it.
'I get that it does attract a lot of attention, but loads of people put decorations up and no one bats an eyelid. I think it's just because it's me that they get the hump.
'I'm not hurting anyone, so the Karens' opinions don't matter, why would I care what they have to say? I'm living my best life.'
Carla, who irked her neighbours when adorning her home in thousands of pounds worth of Halloween decorations, goes one step further when it comes to Christmas.
Each year, she picks a different theme for each room, including giant candy canes and life-size polar bears, as well as reindeers.
Outside, there's usually flashing lights galore, despite the 'insanely high' electricity bill...and much to the upset of those living nearby.
Sadly, this year, a huge garage leak ruined the majority of their outdoor decorations - and so she's keeping it minimal to the public.
But nonetheless, Carla claims her 'pathetic, bitchy and childish' neighbours are still shutting themselves away so they don't have to look at her home.
She said: 'It's all talk and no action with them to be honest. I don't comment on their tack so they shouldn't on mine.
'I'm sure they all gossip on the local group page, but I'm banned from that.'
'I do actually feel sorry for them sometimes', she continued. 'But then they have secret meetings behind my back, which I know are about me, and I always get funny looks.
'I don't go out anywhere local, like the pub, as I can't be bothered with the backlash. I keep myself to myself, as I'm worried about what they will do or say.'
Carla, who previously sent her kids to a friend's house at Christmas so she could have alone time with her husband, says that those in her village need to 'learn some manners' and lean into what the festive season is all about.
She added: 'I love Christmas so much, it's my favourite time of the year.
'I love the build up, the atmosphere and I have always done.
'Any grudges should be put to the side, with a focus on spending time with one another instead. But my neighbours don't seem to get that.
'They all send cards to each other and go carol singing, and I'm left looking like Billy no mates as I'm not invited - ever.
'I always send cards to them, as I like to be friendly and send my kids a good message.'
On her critical neighbours, she said they need to be 'taught some good manners and shown how to get into the true spirit of Christmas.'
