A husband tried to play down his glamorous teacher wife's rapes of a 13 year-old student when confronted by the boy's incandescent father.
Brittany Zamora's spouse Daniel said 'God preaches forgiveness man,' to the outraged dad, named only as John, after John called Zamora over the phone and branded her a 'f**king monster,' according to new footage obtained by EWU Bodycam.
Zamora was arrested in March 2018 aged 27 for the shocking crimes at Las Brisas Academy, with newly-unearthed footage depicting her trembling voice as she was confronted by her victim's dad.
The pervert teacher, now 33 and 5 years into a 20 year sentence, had a surprise ally in her husband after being confronted over the multiple rapes, which took place as another child stood as watchman.
When the phone was passed to Daniel, the victim's father, identified o called Brittany a 'f***ing monster' and suggested he leave her, but Daniel stayed by her side.
Daniel's plea to John to forgive Brittany fell on deaf ears, with John heard branding him a 'stupid motherf*****.'
The father made it clear that he would 'not settle outside of court' as both Zamora and Daniel tried to convince him to meet up with them to talk about her relationship with his son.
'Listen to me, I am not gonna settle outside of court. There's not enough money you could f***ing possibly ask and offer me to settle this,' John yelled into the phone.
Despite telling John that he understands, Daniel proceeded to talk positively about his wife, insisting that she just 'made a huge mistake' in a bid to get the student's parents to let the horrid incident go.
'So, what I'm asking you is, if you could possibly, I mean - Brittany has been a great teacher for a long time, five years, she's done so much for so many students and raised so many people's lives from the ghetto,' Daniel said.
'She's been to, you know, parents' homes to talk to students, she's really done the tutoring program. She's done so much and she made a huge mistake, the biggest mistake of anybody could ever make in the whole entire world.'
Daniel even went as far as to call the man's son 'a great student' and 'great person,' while the father fumed in the background.
'But she got invested in a very, very, very bright, smart and great student, honestly, and a great person,' he continued, insisting that those qualities 'probably' come from John and his wife Maria - the student's step-mother.
Although John let Daniel talk, Brittany's husband did not change his point of view.
'Your wife decided to be a monster and prey on a child. She scarred my son mentally, do you understand what a 13-year-old boy did?,' John said.
Daniel then asked what the father meant by that, but John declined to share sickening details of Zamora's rapes.
Their affair began after Brittany informed her students she would be out of school the following day and that they could contact her using an app called Class Craft because she would be bored, according to records.
Her messages with the boy soon turned romantic and the pair started having sex, prosecutors said.
Brittany was caught by her victim's parents who decided to install an app on his phone called Sentry Parental Control, which monitors messaging apps for 'suspicious content or behavior', after they noticed he was acting strangely.
The Sentry app sends parents alerts when it detects suspicious images, messages, or if a child is exposed to inappropriate online content through its web monitoring feature.
When the teen's parents started getting the alerts about inappropriate text messages, they confronted their son and he admitted to having sex with his teacher.
District attorneys said the pair once even touched each other sexually while other students in the class watched a video in the classroom.
In one X-rated back-and-forth, Brittany told the boy she wanted to have sex with him 'every day with no time limit.'
'Wyd?' she started one conversation with him, using the slang-abbreviation for 'what are you doing?'
He replied: 'Thinking about your sexy self' and added two pink heart emojis.
'Aww baby (love heart eyes emoji) I wish you were with me,' she responded.
The boy replied: 'I want u bby. (sic).. when can we f**k again?', this time adding two red heart emojis to his message.
Brittany replied: 'I want you too baby so bad! Whenever we can you know I'm down,' with a red heart emoji.
She went on: 'Like you for real get sexier to me every day lol.'
'I want to f**k you so bad baby those times weren't enough,' the boy replied to her. She responded: 'Me neither baby! I want you every day with no time limit.'
In another message, she told him she would quit her job in order for them to be together.
They also exchanged explicit photographs including images of Brittany naked in lingerie. The boy also gave her love notes on brightly colored post-its which contained messages including 'you are sexy', according to police.
On two occasions, she drove to his grandparents' home to have sex with him in her car while her husband was fishing.
She and the boy performed oral sex on each other before her husband phoned to tell her he would be home soon, according to the records.
What's more, is for many of their illicit interactions, an 11-year-old friend of the victim would act as a 'look out' to make sure nobody spotted the former teacher and student together.
The child told authorities that Brittany even threatened him and the victim that if they ever told anyone what was happening, they would get 'in deep trouble', the new clip revealed.
It was previously reported that three students at the school also complained to administrators about Brittany favoring the 13-year-old.
Some of the students went so far as to say that she was 'dating' or 'in a relationship' with the teen.
'Everyone talks about them having an inappropriate relationship outside of class and at recess,' one of the students said, according to notes taken by Principal Tom Dickey in an interview.
'I've heard other kids in my class say that they think they are dating,' another note read.
At the time, the school district interim superintendent, Richard Rundhaug, said that they investigated the allegations, but found no evidence of a romantic relationship.
Despite Daniel's support over the phone, the marriage later foundered.
Brittany filed for divorce from Daniel on April 28, 2020 - nearly one year after she pleaded guilty and was sentenced for sexual conduct with a minor, public sexual indecency and molestation of a child.
In the court documents, Brittany checked a box reading, 'Our marriage is broken beyond repair ("irretrievably broken") and there is no hope of reconciliation.'
As part of the filing, Brittany has relinquished her hold on the family home and all other shared properties.
The couple married in 2015 after meeting when they were 16. They have no children together.
Court documents later revealed that the victim's father told police that both Brittany and Daniel were harassing him over the phone, trying to justify her actions and convince him to not take them to court.
John went on to file a lawsuit against Daniel for failing to alert authorities when he learned of the affair. It was settled for an undisclosed amount.
After she was arrested, Brittany told police that she was nervous she would not survive behind bars, stating: 'I'm little. They're gonna tear me apart.'
She then asked 'Can I have an attorney?' when the interviewer declared: 'I'm going to give you an opportunity to explain what happened.'
Before being helped into a police car by an officer who warned her to watch her step, she asked cops to help her move her hair in front of her face to avoid the glare of waiting media. She even appeared to be smiling at one point.
