Just when Love Island fans think they have seen every twist in the book this season, ITV is set to shake up the villa once again as they bring back some show favourites for a special episode on Sunday.
During Friday's episode, the show teased the return of OG islanders Uma, Harriett, Samantha, Will, Jess, Munveer, Patsy, Grace and Ronnie.
The group will head into the villa for a special episode on Sunday as they appear to dish the dirt and reveal their all important decision on who is next to leave the villa.
As the islanders walk back into the villa, Iain Stirling states: 'Guess who is back with a big decision'.
Their shock return to the villa comes just hours before the live final on Monday.
During Friday's episode the villa was thrown into chaos once again after a shock dumping just three days before the series ends.
In a dramatic new twist, the Islanders find out one more couple will be axed from the ITV programme, missing out on one of the four sought-after places in the grand conclusion.
It all begins when Sean, who is coupled up with Matilda, receives in a text that reads: 'Islanders, tonight each couple must vote for the two couples who they think are least compatible, those who receive a vote risk being dumped from the Island.
'You must now discuss in your couples who you're going to choose and then submit your decision by text. You must not discuss your decision with anyone else.'
Panic immediately sets in as the couples split off to cast their votes, with one boy telling his worried partner: 'Don't get upset it's alright,' to which she replies: 'I can't even look them in the eye after voting for them.'
After voting all couples are at risk from being dumped aside from Nicole and Ciaran.
The news of the dumping comes at the end of the programme, after the Islanders spend the day taking part in a fun sports day challenge.
In the morning, Ciaran receives a message that reads: 'Islanders, It's time to release your competitive side in today's Love Island Sports Day #PlayToWin #GoingForGold.'
Nicole and Jessy are team captains, with Nicole's team consisting of Ciaran, Josh, Sean and Jess as Jessy selects Joey, Ayo, Matilda and Mimii.
Nicole's blue team is named 'Who's Jess?' and Jessy's pink team is called 'Jenamas in Pyjamas'.
Each team partakes in five sports day activities in a bid to win points for their team and the first round is the egg and spoon race.
It seems the sports day even causes competition between Joey and Sean as Joey says: 'It ain't such a yolk now is it? To which Sean quips back: 'Don't steal my jokes mate.'
Meanwhile, Nicole playfully jokes to Ciaran: 'I'm deadly serious, if we don't win this it's done.'
The pink and blue teams undertake the hula hoop relay as they attempt to weave their bodies through a single hoop without breaking the link.
The Islanders also make a splash as they head to the pool for a lilo race - but one competitor sets off before the klaxon and is disqualified for cheating.
As the final draws closer, the couples also reflect on their journeys and what the future holds for them outside of the villa.
Nicole says to Jessy, Mimii and Jess: 'He has proved not all rugby boys are the same, I love him.'
Meanwhile Jessy informs the girls: 'We all knew where we stood anyway but we made it exclusive' and elsewhere in the garden Joey tells Sean: 'I ain't found someone like this in years, I'm actually ready to commit and I can't wait.'
Josh opens up to Ayo and Ciaran as he gushes: 'I've never had a connection that's gone so well so soon, I'm a happy man, I'm really chuffed.'
As their conversations continue, one Islander says: 'I'm just waiting for that L bomb to be dropped.'
It comes just after Grace Jackson and Reuben Collins bade an emotional farewell to their fellow Islanders after their shock dumping on Wednesday night.
Viewers were left in shock on Wednesday when the pair, voted the villa's 'least compatible couple' by the public, were booted out just days before the final.
During a group hug with most of the girls of the villa, a tearful Grace says: 'I’m going to miss you girlies so much.'
As they prepared their things, Reuben joked: 'Oh, my lady, it’s time for us to ride off into the sunset.'
Just before they exited the Villa, Joey headed over to Grace, his ex-flame from both inside and outside the villa, to say goodbye.
Reflecting on her experience in the Villa, Grace said: 'The fact that I’m walking out here with Reuben just makes it so much better.
Reuben agreed: 'It’s sad to leave everyone, however, look who I’ve walked out with, I’m winning regardless.'
ITV has confirmed that the date of the highly-anticipated 2024 live final will be on Monday, July 29 - meaning viewers have just days left to wait.
After eight weeks of romance, bombshells, and drama, one couple will be crowned the winners of the 11th series and take home the £50,000 cash prize.
Viewers can tune in to the finale action, hosted by Maya Jama, as usual from 9pm on ITV2, or via the channel's streaming service ITVX.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
