Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley hilariously took on the famous Gladiators on Thursday's episode of This Morning.
The ITV presenting duo were seen pulling on padded red and blue helmets as they competed against the iconic Diamond and Giant.
Ben, 49, admitted he was 'terrified' as he stood on a small podium holding a padded pugil stick hoping to knock 6ft 5in bodybuilder Giant from the opposite podium.
The former GMB host, who is 5ft 10, was quick to act and managed to hit him off, prompting Giant to say the presenter 'cheated', while referee Giles turned a blind eye.
Next up was glamorous Cat, who donned a white blouse and patterned wide legged trousers, as she faced Diamond.

Unfortunately for Cat her time on the podium was very short lived as Diamond instantly pushed her from the podium leaving her unimpressed.
The final episode of the new series of Gladiators is set air at the weekend which the athletes told ITV viewers to 'expect a real good competition'.
However, viewers don't need to be too disappointed as Gladiators' has officially been commissioned for a second series.
