Johanna Griggs has called out misogynistic behaviour she allegedly experienced during the early days of her career at Channel Seven.
The Better Homes and Garden host, 50, spoke on the Empowering Leaders Podcast on Wednesday to detail the run-in she once had with a male boss many years ago.
She said the executive, who no longer works at the network, asked Joh to slip into a bikini and slap a female co-worker's backside for a promo.
'We had a promo going many bosses back at Seven. They wanted all of their network talent in bikinis running along the beach slapping each other on the bum,' she said.
'Baywatch style?' host Luke Darcy said, to which Joh responded: 'Yep.'
