Manchester City have made a £2.6million bid for Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina, casting more doubt over Claudio Bravo’s future at the Etihad.

Napoli have rejected City’s offer but it’s understood they would be willing to sell the 34-year-old former Liverpool goalkeeper for £4.4m.

Reina has been in negotiations with the Serie A club over extending his contract which runs out in a year but has yet to agree terms.
