Tilman Fertitta's book Shut Up And Listen is making its mark on the publishing world.

The non-fiction tome has been dominating the book scene since its September 17 release, rising up the ranks of the Wall Street Journal, Publishers Weekly, Amazon and USA Today book charts.

It's been a busy few weeks for Fertitta, who also recently snapped up Del Frisco's Steakhouses and Del Frisco's Grilles for his already robust portfolio.

Fertitta is currently ranked #153 on the Forbes 400 list of wealthiest Americans and is worth an estimated $4.5billion.

The billionaire entrepreneur and owner of the NBA's Houston Rockets released his hardcover book earlier this month and it has already rocketed up the bestseller charts. 

Shut Up And Listen reached number on on Wall Street Journal's Hardcover Business list, while getting up to number two in the hardcover non-fiction category.

Tim's book includes fans like football legend Tom Brady.

The 42-year-old quarterback gushed about his multi-billionaire mogul pal Fertitta in an interview with Jim Gray for Westwood One's Monday Night Football halftime show.

Tom talked about the 62-year-old Fertitta's s new book Shut Up And Listen!: Hard Business Truths that Will Help You Succeed which is currently the No. 1 new release in the business management genre on the Amazon bestseller charts.

The six-time Super Bowl champion said:  'Yeah, it's a great book. So happy for Tilman and I know it's hard to write a book. I wrote one and it took a lot of time.'

Brady - who is married to Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen -  released The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance back in September 2017 as it was a No. 1 New York Times bestseller at the time.
