Harriet star Cynthia Erivo performed a powerful cover of Aretha Franklin's 1967 hit song (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman during the Krug Encounter event in Miami on Wednesday.

The British-Nigerian 32-year-old - who's an Oscar away from EGOT status - begins work next month portraying the late Queen of Soul in National Geographic's Genius: Aretha.

The fully-authorized eight-episode biopic series - premiering next spring - also features Emmy winner Courtney B. Vance as Aretha's reverend father C.L. Franklin.

The 18-time Grammy winner died, age 76, at her Detroit home on August 16, 2018 from a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor.

Cynthia also performed covers of Let Me Go, Stormy Weather, and Summertime for the champagne-sipping Florida crowd.

Erivo toted a dog-shaped purse with her sheer-sleeved grey high-low dress, which was most likely designed by her shorts-clad co-host at the soirée, Thom Browne.

Hairstylist Coree Moreno shaped the Color Purple thespian's buzzcut and make-up artist Terrell Mullin applied her smoky eyes and glossy pout.
