Married At First Sight bride Poppy Jennings had an emotional breakdown on her wedding day, supposedly because she was missing her children.
But the 38-year-old single mother has since revealed that being apart from her twin sons wasn't the only reason why she was so upset.
Poppy told TV Week on Monday that she panicked because she didn't feel an 'instant connection' with her husband, FIFO worker Luke Eglin.

'I brought all my closest friends all that way to witness my second marriage, and then there wasn't that instant connection with Luke,' she said.
'I just started to panic as well about, "What am I doing here? I've left my kids."'

Several factors: The 38-year-old single mother has since revealed that being apart from her twin sons wasn't the only reason why she was so upset
'I was by myself in this massive house near the Blue Mountains,' she said.
'All my guests were at a different hotel. I was on my own and I had all this time to think about it. I was actually messaging my friends saying, "I can't do it."'
Despite her cold feet, she decided not to cancel the wedding because so many guests had travelled from far afield to attend.

The ceremony, which was filmed in September, was apparently so traumatic for Poppy that she 'can barely even remember it'.
