Kyly Clarke recently shared a cryptic post about gratitude and family life after it was revealed that her estranged husband Michael had split from Pip Edwards.

And on Friday, the newly-single mum-of-one shared a sweet throwback photo of a lunch date with her daughter Kelsey Lee along with a caption about being happy.

In the image, the House Rules Judge, 38, and her four-year-old are shown enjoying lunch at a restaurant together.

Kyly, who is in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic - and longing for outings with her daughter, wrote in the caption: 'Missing our lunch dates out.' 

She asked her followers: 'How is everyone going being locked in? What’s your new in house lunch menu? Any new Dinner ideas you would love to share?'

She then added a number of hashtags, including 'happiness' and 'home'.

This comes after Kyly seemingly alluded to her estranged husband's latest break-up in a cryptic post on Thursday about gratitude and prioritising family life.

She began the post: 'How is your Thursday going? What decisions do you make constantly every day to keep evolving, growing, changing and developing into an even better version of yourself?
