Katie Price and her son Harvey joined John Torode and Lisa Faulkner in leading a slew of stars in a nationwide applause in honour of the NHS, police and key workers during the coronavirus pandemic.

The former glamour model, 41, and her son Harvey, 17, were seen joining the nation outside their home for the weekly applause which has rang out across the country each Thursday for the last seven weeks.

Also showing their support were John and Lisa Faulkner, Myleene Klass and Katie's exes Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler.

Lisa took to Instagram and shared a snap of herself alongside her husband John as they proudly donned  

The TV star wrote: 'Ready to #clapforcarersat 8pm this eve. The highlight of our week to show our support and love for @nhs and #keyworkers always emotional!! We ❤️YOU'. 

The Clap For Carers campaign, which started online, has been staged because 'during these unprecedented times they need to know we are grateful', the organisers said. 

Chief nursing officer of the NHS Ruth May said she appreciated the national salute planned to honour NHS workers.

Ruth said: 'Nurses and midwives in our care staff are working around the clock. They are working so hard. And I have a very huge personal thank you to make to them.

She said she felt 'very humble, very proud, and a clap for our carers will mean
