Julie Bishop might be in isolation but she is keeping herself as fit as ever. 

The 63-year-old has shared her routine on Instagram, and detailed just how strenuous it really is in an interview with Nine Honey on Friday. 

The politician explains she runs, does yoga and insists on making sure she makes 20,000 steps a day.

Julie said: 'The first item is to get up, get out of bed, and then I add yoga in the morning online.'

'I'm currently perfecting the head stand. My next goal is the handstand!' she added. 

The former Deputy Leader of the Opposition says that she makes 20,000 steps, '10,000 in the morning and 10,000 in the afternoon'.
