Emma has suffered from a heart defect since birth and was told by doctors she wouldn't be able to have another child unless she had the surgery.

Gary said in a update: 'Hey guys just to let you know Emma's surgery went amazing and all to plan. They fixed the valve without having to have a replacement and the large hole was fixed and also the other two smaller holes. She is awake and in recovery, in a lot of pain but talking and good.

'Now it's about recovery and making sure she gets back to full fitness over the next few months.'
