Sia was slammed by fans in Melbourne this week when they questioned if she was even on stage during performance described as the 'worst concert ever'.
But now Sia's promoter Michael Chugg has defended the Chandelier hit-maker, confirming she was definitely on stage at Melbourne's AAMI Stadium and performed just like any other show on her tour to date.
He told Sydney Confidential: 'She's always covered her face to perform, at Coachella and all the American concerts, that's how it is. That's part of her whole thing.'

Many fans and concert goers complained they couldn't see or hear the singer during the 90-minute set and bemoaned having pre-recorded visuals instead of a live-feed of the performer.
Michael, who also attended the talent's gig, was adamant many of the audience enjoyed her appearance: 'I saw 26,000 kids going apesh**, what can I say?'
Another annoyance by fans was that Sia didn't address the crowd until the very end of her stadium show, to which Michael explained.

Sia covered her face with her signature wig for the performance.
'Worst concert ever!' Angry fans liken SIA's lacklustre Melbourne show to 'watching it on DVD' as they are left 'disappointed’ and 'gutted' by not being able to see or hear the singer
Guests paid up to $179 for tickets, with some fans asking for their money back and adding: 'The most expensive ticket I ever bought for the cheapest show in town.'
