Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is in 'a dangerous position' after overseeing some poor recent form, admits his former Blues team-mate William Gallas.
Lampard is under fire after watching the team slip down to ninth in the Premier League table, despite many bookmakers making his side one of the favourites to lift the title after a £240million summer spree.

Gallas, who spent five years at Chelsea and joined the club in the same year as Lampard, feels the 42-year-old is in 'danger' given how much the club spent on transfers and believes the board won't be too pleased.
'I think Lampard's position is in danger,' he told PlayOjo. 'He's not in a good position right now as they're not in the top three at the moment.
'They spent a lot of money so the board want to see Chelsea winning the Premier League. I thought this season that they had a great chance to win it, but at the moment I'm sure the board aren't happy with the results which is why I'm sure Frank is in a dangerous
