With just one premiership in 151 years, AFL battlers St Kilda are regarded as one of the worst teams in Australian sporting history.
Now irate fans have had enough.
After the club promised a new dawn by re-signing former coach Ross Lyon who led the club to consecutive grand finals in 2008 and 2009, the Saints showed some promise by sneaking into the AFL finals in 2023.
But the club crashed to one of its worst defeats in living memory on Thursday night, thrashed 19.10 (124) to 9.10 (64) by a Western Bulldogs side that has also struggled in 2024.
Only a Cooper Sharman kick after the siren prevented it from being the heaviest defeat the club has suffered under Lyon.
While the Saints only played their sixth game of the season and still sit a respectable 12th on the ladder and just a win outside of the top eight, furious supporters have seen enough.

Of the now-former St Kilda supporters showed their email to the club demanding they terminate their membership
Outraged members are terminating their membership with the club, sharing proof on social media and urging other fans to walk away from the club.
'Just sent out an email this morning requesting the immediate termination of my St Kilda membership. I highly implore you to do the same,' one supporter fume.
'Don't let the club keep spitting on your face while taking your money.
'I will consider signing up a new membership when it's clear to me that the players, coaches and administration actually respect the club and strive to improve.'
That supporter was not alone, with lifelong members saying they have had enough after seeing players laugh and joke with their opposition after the heavy loss.
'I have been a lifelong supporter of this club. 32 years. 32 years of seeing this club fall over when the going gets tough,' one posted.
'Tomorrow I am putting payments on hold for my St Kilda
