A healthcare worker in Arizona has been accused of sexually assaulting a female patient while she was under sedation.
Xavier Uziel Perez, 38, was arrested on Wednesday in Scottsdale, where he is charged in the alleged assault on a patient at Integrated Pain Consultants in June 2018.
A 48-year-old patient told police that she was emerging from sedation in the recovery room after a back pain treatment when she became aware that she was being assaulted.
