House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler announced that President Donald Trump was not exonerated by special counsel Robert Mueller's report but it also 'does not conclude that the president committed a crime.'
“The Special Counsel states that ‘while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him,’” he wrote on Twitter.
The Department of Justice “determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgement,' he added.
Attorney General William Barr released the 'principal conclusions' from Robert Mueller's Russia probe to Capitol Hill at approximately 3:45 pm today, according to reports.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler said on 'Fox News Sunday' that he has not heard anything from the Justice Department how detailed a summary of Mueller's findings he will see.
Nadler will be one of the first lawmakers to receive it, in his role as chairman.
Trump returned to Twitter on Sunday for the first time since Mueller handed his report to Barr, but offered a cheerful greeting instead of a pronouncement a 'witch hunt' coming to a conclusion.
