A Mexican-American woman and fervent supporter was caught on camera chasing down undocumented migrants to try and stop them crossing the border into the US.

Paloma Zúñiga was even seen shoving a child as she tried to stop the group of four Mexicans, who had just crossed the Colorado River before touching ground along the dirt border terrain in Yuma, Arizona.

But Zúñiga, who was born in Mexico City and became a naturalized US citizen, says she did so do because they were breaking the law and risking the lives of young children.

'Go back! Go back! This is not your country,' the self-styled AZ Patriot can be heard shouting in footage obtained by USA Today.
