SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) _ Extreme Networks Inc. (EXTR) on Wednesday reported a loss of $23.5 million in its fiscal second quarter.
On a per-share basis, the San Jose, California-based company said it had a loss of 20 cents. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and stock option expense, came to 13 cents per share.
The maker of network infrastructure equipment posted revenue of $267.5 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in April, Extreme Networks expects its per-share earnings to range from 11 cents to 15 cents.
