Josh Frydenberg has declared coronavirus won't destroy Australia as he announced tax cuts planned for 2022 will be backdated to July this year.

The Treasurer is hoping generous tax cuts for 11million low, middle and high-income earners will spearhead an economic recovery from Australia's first recession in almost three decades.
