A man has been killed and two deputies left in serious condition after a shootout at a Rastafarian weed farm in California.
Police were called to reports of a worker at the farm acting 'erratically', pulling up plants and carrying a gun around 8.40am on Tuesday.
When the officers arrived the suspect fled into a nearby home before opening fire on two cops who went inside.

A third officer who was standing guard by the back door managed to drag his colleagues to safety before SWAT teams were called.
Tear gas was fired into the property before police stormed in and found the suspect dead in an upstairs room.
Yuba County Sheriff Steve Durfor said it is too early to tell whether the man was fatally shot by officers or if he killed himself.
The sheriff said the
