Police are pulling over drivers for going just 1km/h over the speed limit But speed cameras don't fine motorists until they are 8km/h over South Australia Police disclosed over 500,000 sets of fine documentation.

Police are pulling over drivers for going just 1km/h over the speed limit even though speed cameras don't fine motorists until they are 8km/h over, it has been revealed.

Figures from South Australia Police show drivers won't be flashed by a speed camera until they are caught 8km/h above the limit, but there are huge inconsistencies when being pulled over by uniform officers.

South Australia Police disclosed over 500,000 sets of fine documentation.
