The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have garnered a huge following on their @sussexroyal Instagram account. They often use the account to not only post important updates in their lives but to show support for charities and causes close to their hearts.
Yesterday, was no exception as they decided to show their support for World Suicide Prevention Day.
The couple posted a heartbreaking message on their Instagram page that garnered over 158,000 likes.
The post read: “This World Suicide Prevention Day, we would like to spread the available support far and wide to ensure that no-one goes through a crisis alone.
“Please use or share the below accounts today, or on any given day, to a friend, colleague or even a complete stranger, that may be suffering - because wherever you are, you are not alone.”

Included in the message were eight mental health charities that included Shout, the Pandas Foundation, The Trevor Project, SAVE, the Samaritans, the Jed Foundation, Childline and CALM.
The photo that was included with the post showed a boy and girl with their arms around each other in a supportive gesture.
The post got over 1,300 comments which thanked the Sussexes for their continued work and support of mental health.
One user wrote: “Amen. Too many lives have been lost.
