CAROL VORDERMAN - who became a household name on Countdown - sent Twitter followers into a meltdown today when she unveiled her new look in an eye-popping snap after the presenter recently put on a very leggy display.

Carol Vorderman, 58, rose to fame as a presenter and maths whizz on Countdown when the Channel 4 show launched in 1982. The two-time Rear of the Year award-winner, radio and TV presenter took to Twitter and stunned her fans after she sported a brand new 'do.


Taking to Twitter to give her 452,000 followers a glimpse of her new hairstyle the star shocked fans.

The mum-of-two was clearly in a playful mood as she rocked pink hair ahead of Halloween weekend.

Carol posed for a selfie and stuck her tongue out as she stood alongside make-up artist Michael Richmond.

The Countdown legend looked as stunning as ever with feline flicks of eyeliner and a rose lipstick accentuating her pretty features.
