The 2025 Golden Globes have officially begun - and while many A-listers dazzled on the red carpet, others are having some serious fashion fails and flops.

Kicking off the first of the season, the annual awards show is set to celebrate some of the most popular TV shows and movies this year.

The show takes place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, and will be hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, who went viral last year for her Tom Brady roast.

The works up for nomination this year include some of the biggest hits, like Challengers, Deadpool & Wolverine, Twisters, Wicked and The Brutalist.

Among the actors up for awards are Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo for their respective roles in Wicked, while Selena Gomez is nominated for her role in film Emilia Pérez.

Other names include Timothée Chalamet, who is joined by his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, as well as Denzel Washington, who is up for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture as he took on the role of Macrinus in Gladiator II.

Pajama party? Ariana Grande opts for strapless, golden-beige gown with a sequined top and long white gloves
Wicked star Cynthia Erivo made an interesting choice, donning a black-and-silver floral frock, which was complete with a plunging neckline and square fabric detailing at the middle. The attention-grabbing nails she's known for were covered in gems and a marble pattern
Golden Globes host Nikki Glaser wore silky, voluminous, brown-colored frock with a rose at the middle and an orange tan
Outfit repeater! Cate Blanchett chose an interesting gold Louis Vuitton gown with a boxy top and an unfinished hem for her Golden Globes attire, which she also wore at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival
