And on Monday, former Hi-5 star Lauren Brant shared another candid post to Instagram, revealing she felt guilty for having a night out with friends and leaving her children at home.
The 30-year-old posed for a mirror selfie while using a breast pump in a public bathroom while out, when she shared a raw and honest post.

'I was so excited about the idea of going out for a night! However, I realised that I am so not ready for this,' part of Lauren's post read.
'It was hard work having to put pressure on myself to express enough milk during the week. I then had to express while I was out - not fun and constantly check my phone to see if the kids were okay.'
She then said the stress of it all made her 'tired,' 'emotional' and 'guilty.'
