Cyprus has become a safe, popular destination with Britons looking for an affordable break in Europe. The country is currently exempt from Foreign Office advice against all non-essential international travel. Cyprus has categorised countries according to their epidemiological situation.
The UK is in category B which means Britons can travel to the country but they must provide a negative coronavirus test on their arrival.
This must be obtained 72 hours before travel.
The results can be in the form of an email or test but the “test result itself and/or appointment letter must include the date and time when the test was taken.”
For those who are willing to take a coronavirus test and travel to the country for an autumn break, TUI is offering a bargain discount.
