For the first time in seven years, none the stars will be able to rest easy on the Saturday night as all of the celebrities will compete on the opening episode of Strictly Come Dancing, which will run for a massive 140 minutes.
However, there will be one tradition sticking with the first week of the dancefloor battles as no one will be voted off.
Instead, the first celebrity to bow out of the ballroom competition will learn their fate during the second heat.
The celebrity pairings were finally revealed last weekend, with Ruth Langsford, 57, literally jumping on her partner Anton Du Beke, 51.Related articles
